  • When should I get a massage?

    Any time is a good time to get a massage. You don't need to wait until you're stressed or injured. Too often I see clients who wait until they reach this state to see me. Massage works wonders as preventive care for a person's body and mind. Instead of waiting until your back hurts from overwork or stress, or the headaches that start at the back of your skull begin to pound, or the stress of every day life makes you want to pop your cork, get a massage before these things happen. A regular massage is a wonderful way to cope with stress, both physical and emotional, and to keep it from causing discomfort or harm to your body.

  • What if I'm overweight or embarrassed about my body?

    You wouldn't believe how many times I've heard someone say they'd get a massage if they lost weight first or didn't have that cellulite on the back of their thighs. Don't let any of the challenges with your body deny you of an amazing experience, you deserve it!

  • How does waxing work?

    A wax combination is spread thinly over the skin. A cloth strip is pressed on the top and then ripped off with a quick movement removing the wax along with the hair and dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth.

  • How does the Quantum IPL system work?

    For Women and Men

    • Permanent Hair Removal
    • Sun Damage (brown spots, freckles age spots)
    • Tattoo Removal
    • Facial Capillaries on noses and cheeks

    The IPL Quantum HR eliminates hair, employing a method known as selective photothermolysis. This involves disabling hair growth mechanisms by raising the temperature of the hair follicle high enough to damage the follicles germinative cells without damaging the skin and surrounding surface.

  • How many IPL Hair Removal Treatments will I need?

    The laser works by disabling hairs that are in their active growth cycle at the time of your treatment. Because other hairs enter their growth cycles at different times, additional treatments will be necessary to disable all of the follicles in a given area. Generally with the body it may take 6-10 treatments and with the face, 4-8 treatments.

  • Can I use my phone?

    We provide the perfect environment for your escape. Our guests are delighted we provide a mobile phone free zone. Mobiles can be used in your vehicles prior to entering the building well away from other clients. Usage in any other area is considered impolite.

    We have recently returned from our honeymoon and I wanted to take this opportunity to get in touch to say a big THANK YOU for the fantastic spray tan and nails you did for me for my wedding (I came in on Fri 6th Jan, for my wedding in Rapaura on Sat 7th Jan).

    The tan came up absolutely perfectly - it was a beautiful light golden colour, looked wonderfully natural, and was flawless (no streaks, no patchy bits). There was no unpleasant odour.   • When I first arrived a Pampers Escape I was blown away by the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings. I had thought my Dad was taking me there to visit and meet his good friend
    Linda - WOW was I in for a surprise!

    Linda took me downstairs to show me the facilities and treatment rooms and told me she a client arriving in 15 minutes and what they were about to be treated to - a luxurious 60 minute bath with caramelised Pinot Gris and lavender petals overlooking a breath-taking view, followed by a relaxing 60 minute full body massage and topped off with an amazing pedicure!

    I could not believe how lucky this lady was who was about to be to get such a treatment!
    However, before I knew it Linda was waving good bye to my Dad and told me that I was the woman arriving in 15minutes!!

    I can honestly say I have never been so surprised in my life. Not only this but I was so taken aback by Linda's generosity and kindness to help my Dad plan this surprise for me. It was the most amazing 3 hours of my life and something I will never forget!
